Life Button

This is a game about exploring to find items which allow you to explore further each time but never too far as if you leave your precious button of life for too long without pushing it you will die.

Control with wasd, e and space. Pause with escape and fullscreen with f11 if you so desire.

Made for the 2026 GMTK game jam.

The character is named Andy because at one point in development before he had his one image one of the andesite looking tiles was rendered in his place and the name stuck.

All art, sound and code was created during the jam by me. I did not use a game engine and instead wrote it from scratch in Java.
